Composition

Each vial contains:
Pemetrexed (as Pemetrexed disodium hemipentahydrate) 500 mg,
Mannitol 500 mg.

Indications

Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma: TREXTECH, in combination with cisplatin, is indicated for the treatment of patients with unresectable malignant pleural mesothelioma who have not previously received chemotherapy.

Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer: TREXTECH, in combination with cisplatin, is indicated for the first-line treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, except those with predominantly squamous cell histology.

TREXTECH as monotherapy is indicated as maintenance treatment for patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, except those with predominantly squamous cell histology, whose disease has not progressed immediately after a platinum-based chemotherapy regimen.
