TIAGREL
Composition
Each 5 ml vial of solution contains:
Irinotecan Hydrochloride (as Trihydrate) 100 mg,
excipients: Sorbitol, Lactic Acid, water for injections, q.s. 5.0 ml.
Sodium Hydroxide or Hydrochloric Acid q.s. to adjust pH between 3.0 - 3.8.
Indications
Advanced Colorectal Cancer: In combination with 5-fluorouracil and folinic acid in patients who have not previously received chemotherapy for advanced disease. As monotherapy for patients in whom a previously established treatment regimen containing 5-fluorouracil has failed. In combination with cetuximab for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer with non-mutated RAS that expresses the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), in patients who have not received prior treatment for metastatic disease or after failure of a cytotoxic regimen including irinotecan. In combination with 5-fluorouracil, folinic acid, and bevacizumab for first-line treatment of patients with metastatic colon or rectal carcinoma. In combination with CAPTECH with or without bevacizumab for first-line treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer.
