Indications

Colorectal Cancer: CAPTECH is indicated as monotherapy for adjuvant treatment in patients with Dukes' C (Stage III) colorectal cancer after complete surgical resection of the primary tumor. CAPTECH is indicated as monotherapy for first-line treatment in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer.

Breast Cancer: CAPTECH is indicated in combination with Docetaxel for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer after failure of prior anthracycline-containing chemotherapy. CAPTECH is indicated as monotherapy for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer after failure of taxane therapy and a chemotherapy regimen that included anthracyclines, or for those patients for whom anthracyclines are not indicated.
