Composition

Each vial contains (mg/vial):
5-Azacitidine 100.00 mg,
Mannitol 100.00 mg.

Indications

Myelodysplastic Syndrome: AZITECH is indicated for the treatment of patients with the following French-American-British (FAB) subtypes of myelodysplastic syndrome:
Refractory anemia (RA) or refractory anemia with ringed sideroblasts (if accompanied by neutropenia or thrombocytopenia or requiring transfusions),
Refractory anemia with excess blasts (RAEB),
Refractory anemia with excess blasts in transformation (RAEB-T).

AZITECH is indicated for Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia (CMML).

AZITECH is indicated for Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) with 20 to 30% blasts.

AZITECH is indicated for Multilineage Dysplasia according to the classification of the World Health Organization (WHO).
